3P innovation awarded Best Practice in Training Network

We are proud to announce that 3P innovation have been awarded a Best Practice in Training for our contribution to developing and delivering best practice in training and for having received a Princess Royal Training Award (PRTA) in 2021 for our Graduate Development Programme (GDP).  

This prestigious award, in line with the City & Guilds Group values, honors employers in the UK who can prove that their outstanding training and skills development programmes have resulted in exceptional commercial benefits for their business.

The award acknowledges 3P innovations contribution to the development and delivery of our GDP programme which continues to meet the PRTAs three hallmarks of excellence. These three hallmarks include:

  • Identify that training, learning & development would address the organisation’s challenge or opportunity and has supported the organisation’s strategy for improvement.
  • Explain the design and delivery of the training, learning and development programme, explaining anything distinctive, creative or innovative about the programme and the technology or resources used to deliver it and evidence of the inclusive nature of the programme and how success is measured.
  • Demonstrate the programme was successful in achieving its aims and objectives and has made a measurable impact on improved organisational performance.

This credential also acknowledged 3P innovations continued commitment as part of the Best Practice in Training Network to share their learning and support others who would like to develop and deliver high quality training programmes.
