That’s why our dedicated Customer Care team offers a comprehensive range of support services, backed by our Equipment Support Team (EST). Our 'EST' consists of automated machinery technicians and our engineering group, who are trained to support both our standard machine range and our custom equipment.

I have worked with 3P innovation numerous times over the last couple of years, regarding maintenance and problem solving on existing equipment. My overall experience of the Customer Care team has been excellent, they are prompt, responsive and have good knowledge of our specific equipment which often gets lost in large companies.The aftercare package we have is tailor made to suit our requirements and the service we receive is of a very high standard. Any spares requests are dealt with quickly and when problem solving the 3P SME’s always have the knowledge required to assist. When required on site, the service engineers have been flexible, professional and personable. We recently needed them on site for a breakdown and within an hour a technician was on the phone and with us on plant within a day. Overall, I’m very pleased with the support.
