Electrical Engineers

3P innovation Ltd
Job title: Electrical Engineer
Employment type: Full time
Pay rate: £Competitive
Location: Warwick

Electrical / Control System / Software  Engineer?  As part of a growing, successful, engineering organisation, we are looking for creative, energetic and experienced engineers for permanent positions at our facility in Warwick.

Do you have a passion for technology and a degree from University with an excellent reputation for electrical or software engineering (this probably means you have an MEng)? Do you enjoy engineering so much that you have on-going technical projects at home? Have you got more than 2 years of experience after graduation? If this sounds like you then please apply to a company that shares your passion for technology.

The role is clear:  You’ll work on designing and developing the electrical control systems and software associated with new production machines which will go into the best factories in the world. We work primarily for the major multi-nationals in the medical device, pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods industries.

We are an engineering company run by engineers and we already have lots of clever technologies and ideas, but we want more to grow our business. We need the right people to help us to achieve this.

You will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team of great engineers who love the challenges (and frustrations!) of technology development and who see projects through from start to finish.  You will brainstorm new ideas, you will argue your case for a better solution and you will design electrical control panels and then code and debug machines and test rigs. Typically we use plc's and/or real time control using VB.  An interest and experience in instrumentation, servo motors and vision systems would be an advantage, but not essential. We are particularly interest in engineers with recent experience of AutoCAD Electrical and/or Beckhoff Twincat and/or Siemens/AB plc systems. Many of our machines are for the pharmaceutical sector, such that, knowledge of validation is useful.

You will also have fun - both in and out of work!  We’re an active bunch, so expect to be encouraged to join in with lots of extra-curricular activities.

You need to be smart, with at least a 2(ii) degree in an appropriate electrical or software engineering discipline. Please DO NOT apply unless you have at least an appropriate 2(ii) degree at least 2 years of post graduate experience, and are eligible to work in the UK. In exceptional circumstances we have recruited none degree level candidates with 10 years or more directly related experience in the electrical and software design of custom automation.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is up for a challenge and who wants to learn fast, who can work well in a team environment and who wants real opportunity to advance quickly in their career.  Every engineer gets a chance to make an impact:  We recognise achievement and results, not years in the job.

You won’t just be working in a narrow field of engineering:  We are talking about new products, processes and complete production solutions.  Expect to meet product designers, marketers, scientists and technologists who need our help – and expect to play a central role in providing what they need.

You will be based at our premises in Warwick, the capital of rural Warwickshire.  Our county is packed full of interesting history, culture, beautiful countryside, award-winning country pubs and top-class restaurants.

Your salary will be competitive depending on experience.  We will also match contribution into a personal pension scheme (up to 7.5%) and will also contribute towards you becoming chartered, and retaining membership of a professional engineering institution. Our facility has free parking.

How to apply?
If you believe you have the right skills, interests and qualifications, please use the contact page on this website, with a brief overview of your CV and we will get back to you.

As you might expect when working on the next generation of products, most of what we do is of a confidential nature, but more general information is available on this website. Apply today to join our ever increasing team of like-minded engineers.
